Reading Lab
Students will practice how to understand various types of Non-fictions and fiction, while understanding the author's intentions and criticizing them with their own thoughts.

Writing Lab
Students will learn how to write various types of writing. The goal of this class is for students to complete a creative and persuasive 5 paraphrase essay within the time limit.

This class helps students to build their vocabulary. Through this class, students will improve their vocabulary and confidence in reading.

GPA Booster Lab
JLab provides customized programs according to students' needs. Our tutors will assist the students with their school exams, homework, projects, and other necessary parts by tailoring each subject.

English Lab
This class is an integrated English class of JLab's Reading Lab and Writing Lab. Students will have two types of classes a week with alternating writing and reading.
A New Way of Learning
JOANNE’S LAB is a virtual learning program providing 1st-8th graders Math and English tutoring classes. Based in San Francisco, JOANNE’S LAB students are from all over the world wherever a virtual learning platform is available. We offer one on one and small groups with high-quality tutoring services using online learning tools. Our goal is to connect tutors and students regardless of location or time zone. This innovative experience allows our students to expand their learning capabilities while working with our native English-speaking tutors who come from broad professional, academic, and teaching backgrounds in the US. We want our students to be able to utilize our lab to connect instructors across the ocean.
